I just tried to change my auto delivery date for a beauty product. I can only cancel the item or skip shipment. I only want to delay for a month, but that option is not available. I get this message:
<h1 style="color: #000000;">Auto Delivery</h1>Shipment date for this order is not editable.In order to change your next ship date, you would need to change the frequency for this order.
The only trouble is there is NO option to change order frequency. It doesn't even tell you the frequency you signed up for. What if you wanted your order to come sooner because you're going on vacation or something? So much for making Auto Delivery customizable. You either get it or you skip the shipment. Or just cancel all together. I do not want to call Customer Service to take care of simple changes to Auto Delivery purchases.
I will be thinking twice before doing Auto Delivery again.
