I've tried to find out why I haven't received an order. It was placed 2/17/11, showed up as shipped "billing information received" on 2/18. Qcard has been billed, and as of today, the order still is showing "billing information received" Several phone calls to CS have given me little information but I was told that I had to wait until 3/2/11 which is the estimated date of delivery, before any information would be available. Why I ask? They say: because the order was shipped by the vendor. What the heck is this, never in my many years of ordering from QVC have I encountered this situation. Usually within 5 days of "shipped", I can track the order. Thanks for any help you can provide me in understanding what is happening.
