Can Rick be any more frantic with cool and calm Valerie right now???

I am amazed how frantic Rick is presenting with Valerie right now.
Could the two be any more different?

Not the mood I relate to Christmas, Holiday decor.
Makes me nervous/anxious just watching.

@kurious Sorry you feel that way. I really like Rick w/Valerie as I think they are completely different together which for some reason works, he seems to be a fish out of water but w/playing along w/Valerie it seems to be kind of like it really works & I enjoy the two of them. I do have to say that I think maybe Val is a little tired today, I mean she's on all day but she just seems in my opinion a little off.

Amazed? Val loves Rick's excitement - it makes for many sales. They are paired together b/c it works. Sorry you don't get it.

VPH usually has a calming influence on Rick - but not lately. I didn't see him / her today, but earlier this week I tuned-in, expecting an enjoyable show. He was so high-strung, I had to change the channel. I wouldn't recommend using the Billy Mays approach to sell Christmas decor.

For me, it's not about whether you 'get it', it's about whether you enjoy it. I wouldn't have watched anyway but I decided years ago to forgo shows hosted by Rick. It's an individual choice. I don't enjoy his approach and don't see anything wrong with me, the OP or others saying so.
