Read the use and care book. It should help.

I am having the same problem.  It looked so easy on air.  I've read the instructions, but would appreciate the help of someone who has had more success with it.

There is an up button and a down button.  The up button lists one call at a time and lists the calls that you have successfully blocked.  You have to keep pressing it up to see each number.

The down button is for the last 20 calls that came through the phone and is helpful to block calls that came through when you were not home.  Again, you have to keep pushing it to see each call.  If you come to a call you want to block, hit the red block button.

Hope this helps.

I had a problem with my extension cordless phones.  Main phone blocked calls but #2 was not blocking calls from the other cordless phones in the house that share the same number.  I was told I had to use the black cord and use standard installation, and on the extension phones I had to answer the call then insert #2.

I find I can't block a call while the person is on the line.  I just block it after though.

@mollymaggie

Not sure what model you have, but I agree that your best bet is to check the instruction manual.

I'm not good at doing anything like this, but just followed along step by step and mastered it.

Each phone is different, so it would be difficult to say how yours works.  I can actually use BLOCK in a couple of ways, and I'll bet your phone system is the same.
