A while back, I bought the little travel size Calista that looks like a Barbie tool & it works fine for me.

I like Maria's hair style. Short beachy waves.

I kept seeing a similar product by L'Ange pop up in my Instagram and Facebook, so I decided to order it last year.  It was much less than the Calista, and I like the results.  I waited until they had a sale on it.

@ellaphant   I'm not understand your post.  Calista isn't charging you, it's QVC but be that as it may, that's the policy - if you decide to return the item using the QVC label they charge $6.95 and they don't refund the original shipping charge.  Also, why did you have to enclose a check for $15???

There was no return label or return form in my package. On the Calista information booklet it gave the address ( not QVC) to return it to. Also along with paying s&h, a $15.00

check made to Calista must be enclosed or return not accepted.

NO THANKS!

@ellaphant That $15 fee in the instruction booklet is for returns to Calista when you purchase the item directly from Calista. You bought yours through QVC, therefore you return it to the Q.

***Most hair device instruction booklets have a return address and a fee to send the item back for repair.

Public service announcement: Don't mail checks anymore.  Theft of checks from the mail is rampant. Seems like it is an insider job in many cases.  Checks are "washed" and posted on the dark web.  They are bid on and then deposited or cashed by the new owner.  Because the amount matches a check the victim actually wrote, the money is long gone by the time the fraud is discovered. Sometimes some funds are recovered, but the bank that cashed or deposited the check has 90 days to investigate.   The victim's bank has no obligation to make the victim whole if funds can't be recovered.  FDIC insurance does not cover.  I work for a bank and right now this is the most coomon fraud we see. If you own a business, positive pay is not enough. Only positive pay with payee verification protects customers from this situation.  OK.  Off my soapbox.  I know no one was actually going to mail Calista a check, but it really is a risky thing to do.

😡😡 I don’t mail checks, but I also heard about this on our local news channel. Peoples bank accounts have been wiped out because of this criminal act! 😡😡

They said if you have to mail a check use a black permanent marker. The criminal can not use chemicals to erase the marker.
