@SaveTheTurtles    What is the return situation.  Returning Calista tools can't be any different than returning anything else.  What am I missing here? ?

@ellaphant   I'm not understand your post.  Calista isn't charging you, it's QVC but be that as it may, that's the policy - if you decide to return the item using the QVC label they charge $6.95 and they don't refund the original shipping charge.  Also, why did you have to enclose a check for $15???

@Teddixat I'm not sure. I was just going on what the OP said in her post. It sounded like she was charged extra. I don't buy Calista products.

I'm not buying any hair product from a "stylist" whose own hair is a mess!!!!

I just tried mine and it works really well. I will have to go slow the first few times but I'm pleasantly surprised (I have a chin length bob).

Well I haven't tried the new styler..just arrived. But about eight weeks ago I used the one with teeth and removeable barrels. It was bought years ago and didn't really use it. But then I left my hair grow very long..way past shoulders.  Evidently you cannot use this on very long hair (covering your shoulder blades). Long story short I couldn't unwind it from my scalp, and had to scream for my daughter to cut it out. I still have a LARGE 16" swatch of hair in a baggie in my cupboard. It was beautiful thick long blonde hair about 2" wide. I was so mad at myself for using this, since I did see a post or review from a person who had this happen to her.  The new one doen't have teeth so I don't expect any problems.
