Acrylic sweaters are junk. They look nice, but as soon as they are worn, they start to look dumpy.

They pill and pick up lint andget fuzzy. I always check the fabric content. If acrylic is mentioned, I refuse to buy it even if it is only a few dollars. I know it will be a waste of money.

In addition, acrylic is strongly linked to breast cancer.

I now only purchase Lori's items when they go on clearance sales, they're just way too expensive.

And I usually get my size, if it's not in stock I wait till one is returned and get it at a good price.

As for washing, I put all tops on delicate using cold water, then hang them on the line, never use dryers for jeans or tops. They always come out fine!

I can't wear acrylic or wool next to my skin because they are so itchy. Acrylic is one of the worst fabrics around. Wool is beautiful, but I have to wear something between it & my skin.

Well I hate to complain about Lori's fashions because some people insult me saying I can't afford them & that's why I don't like them. Really, I could certainly buy them if I ever saw anything in her line that I like.

Speaking of itchy, those $70 some dollar lace leggings were over priced & I am sure they are very itchy.

Just my opinions about Logo fashions. Not intended to insult those of you who like them.

@Effie54. I've got a CCB sweater with acrylic that I've just worn in the house occasionally that has never been washed and it's solid pills, front and back.

Oh see......my point exactly. The Q makes so many acrylic sweaters and I've had very few that didn't pill. Mine all did.
