Sorry, but l cannot agree with OP either. When l turn on the Q and see that CC is hosting, l have the tv on just long enough to see what she's wearing, but then l have to change the channel. l can't watch her for any length of time. Her mannerisms and hosting style are not my cup of tea. Different strokes for different folks...

@Susan-QVC Please be sure to "pass along" additional information about all the negative comments host Courtney has received over the years here in the forums. Considering all the negative feedback about Courtney, they would probably be better off putting her behind the scenes of such a show rather than on camera.

I can't believe this...........you really are asking QVC to remove a host from her job?  Of course, I probably shouldn't be surprised considering how people get on line and spew anything that comes into their head............Courtney is a beautiful, stylish, intelligent young woman and if she were my daughter I'd be so proud of her.  Hopefully, the Q moderators just roll their eyes and ignore most of this stuff.

Management takes into consideration ALL feedback from customers, both positive and negative. That's why the Q sends email surveys to many of us. They want our HONEST opinions, not sugar-coated. All retail businesses want to know how they can improve the consumer's experience, because their bottom-line is their top priority.

@HULAGIRL Yes, I'm asking QVC to reconsider Courtney as a host.  There have been many negative threads about her including a recent one about her licking forks.  Much more negativity toward her here in the forums than positivity.  However, please note that I did not suggest firing her.  Just suggested putting her behind the camera.  If moderators and Q "ignore most of this stuff" about Courtney, then they are the ones with the problem.
