Disappointing, yes; bordering on ridiculous, I'd say so!

 

Just checked - again - the shipping status on my orders.

 

On Fashion Day, 2/2:  Everything I ordered had a ship date of 2/6 with an ETA of 2/7, via USPS.  Yeah, like that's gonna happen!  Checked this morning and it was shipped out shortly before 7p.m. yesterday with an ETA of today (!):  all shipping from CA; I live in MA.  Really doubt it can make it across the country via USPS and be delivered to me by today.  Perhaps, I'm a "Doubting Thomas".

 

I ordered the Shark TSV, extended delivery, that was to ship on 2/7.  I got it yesterday!

Wow, that was a nice surprise!

 

Anyways, at times QVC's delivery times are fantastic!  Other times their delivery is downright pathetic.  But, to say the least, the Q should strive to give us better delivery status timelines.  What are your thoughts?

@eddyandme  I order seldom but I know I want what I do order, so exactly when something arrives rarely concerns me.  If I know I will be out of town on the days surrounding the EDD, I either don't order or I order via CS instead of just charging to my card.  Usually they can walk me through a check hold.

 

I know all this makes me different from the more impatient shoppers more prevalent today, but what I do works well for me.  I just can't imagine that as more and more shopping goes online that there won't be more and more frustrations, too.    

 

In the last 6 months, the only QVC problem I've encountered I definitely created for myself.  You can't move out of town and expect them to know unless you tell them!
