Has anyone else noticed that some clearance items, in my case Clark's sandals, came in a box with the correct size label on it, but the shoes were about 3 sizes too big.  I called CS & they said I wouldn't be charged for return shipping.  A Susan Graver item came in the size I ordered, but it was at least 2 sizes too small because it was from QVC England.  A medium here is a large there.  If the items are mis-sized or defective in some way, this should be relayed to the customer.  Its very annoying.
