It says in the process of delivery and can't be changed. I just placed the order. It won't let me change to a credit card or anything. It can't be in the process because they haven't received a check. Anyone else having problems this morning?

There were some problems during AM Style this morning, but they seem to have corrected them before the show was over.

@Kim-QVC Ms Kim, I'd like to know why I no longer receive emails about orders I place. These emails stopped for me about 2 weeks ago or so. I receive other emails for tsv's and other specials that may take place but my notices on orders I place don't happen anymore.
In the long run I guess it's okay because I do check my order status often so I still know what's going on but I find this to be odd that I don't get these emails anymore. TIA

Kim, I have contacted CS. No answer at this time. All orders prior to yesterday are fine, but any order I placed or recently place since yesterday, say in the process, even though they are in check/money order status. I can't change the orders on line they are just stuck. 2 I was able to cancell with the automated system but on line they still say in the process even though they are in check status and the cancelled ones are still in process.
anybody out there experiencing this or any other problems.
Hopefully I will hear something soon. Orders prior to 2 days ago are fine. Very confusing.

Not Ms Kim BUT I have had a look at your account and for some reason all email alerts were checked but the Order status & customer care email messages was blank. I have checked the box so let us know if you start receiving these as well...

The system was not working this morning. I placed an order and when I checked the order status it had duplicated the order. I just canceled the extra one so guess that will go against me. I ordered on 4-2 and it's still in process but CS said I should expect it to arrive by 4-13. I think not but we'll see.
I hope you get your order straighted out. I sometimes need to edit my order and it won't let me right after ordering too.

I have an order that has siad since the 10th "in transit to UPS" really 3 days??
