Well Stevie I'm glad you came to your senses....
I like your rating system, but what make you give a 4 rather than a 5.....

Actually Spurt, I reserve five garbage cans for days when there is absolutely NO redeeming programming at all, whatsoever. Moms did include a couple of hours of Dooney today and even though it was hosted by none other than the increasingly annoying (and full of herself...) The Marm, today didn't quite warrant a full five buckets... I am, however, considering adding a dumpster rating that would be in between the trash cans and the landfill rating... So we'll see...

The Marm, who I only saw for about five minutes, being almost as fully sick of Dooney as I am of the rest of moms' stale programming..., was followed by that man o' somebody's and I didn't hit the remote fast enough. Revolting... There he was with that phony Cheshire Cat grin, holding the powered on Dyson 'stick' and all I could think of is where it could be placed to do the most good... Off it went.

SPURT. I saw that you asked the poster on the Happy Dance thread where she got those stats (I'm curious to know, too)!
The only irritating birds we have here are the annoying Mocking Birds, they dive bomb Miss Kitty and she hides behind the chiminea or under a patio chair. She never messes w/ birds even when they eat her dry food in the morning. Mr. Kitty did, if they bothered him, and Lucifer (the former neighbors cat) used to mess with birds all the time and bring them into the house through the dog door. They were his "gift" of the day to us!
Stevie, I posted on the other thread that the 'man o' somebody's' is now that man o' nobody's...unless someone else wants to "claim" him.
Saw him with the Dyson stick, and I had the same reaction.

Stevie my dear friend, I think your handbag withdrawal is affecting you ..... a Sunday filled with DYSON DAYS is definitely NOT a good thing! And IT Cosmetics and the Ninja along with Vicenza junk jewelry that they did not sell from the Italian remote mae me definitely avoid the Q on Saturday too.....
Did that moms offer you extra easy pays or something..I may have to send you some pom poms....
Hey SPURT, speaking of junk jewelry, I think it was on Lunchtime Specials yesterday that I saw SYNTHETIC DRUSY! As if regular drusy isn't bad enough, now there is synthetic drusy!
Cat pics are great - however, my dogs want equal time for canines!
I am not a pro basketball fan (actually, not a pro sport fan at all, prefer college sports, particularly since I work at a university), but congrats on your Spurs winning the NBA championship.
You were the first thing I thought about when I heard.
The line-up on QVC is so boring, I think I will vacuum dog hair, and not with a Dyson. And maybe give a horse a bath.
Hey Katie....how are you?....Thanks for your nice comments and thoughts about my Spurs....
I think you need to teach your horse to give himself a bath---it can be done....
Just make sure they wear a proper life saving device and flippers
...
WOW! Just when you think it couldn't get any worse....SYNTHETIC DRUSY...Lord save us....
SPURT, interesting, I commented on your horse pics, and said I wished someone would treat me like I treat my horses, and commented on the Medal of Honor winner from our city and University, and it was poofed. Not even any comments about hosts, products, anything! Any clues as to why?

Stevie---and that Chevron dress didn't exactly enhance the marm's figure, but it did go with the Chevron bag----I think its funny because I selected that pix of the cat with the Chevron bag on Thursday and didnt even know that it would be included in the Dooney Shows, and didnt know what the marm would be wearing....LOL.....perhaps I know moms a little too well....
.
Yes NO ONE'S MAN seemed to be monopolizing the programming last weekend...
....yep many would like to tell him where he can.....shall we say....."stick" it...

Hi KS---well not seeing the post don't know why the Poof Fairy went into action....but if you mentioned anything political about the Medal Of Honor winner.....politics is not allowed according to the standards....although I see a lot of these type topics on Viewpoints (just lurk, never post on those, they do get a bit heated and yet still remain)....So who knows what direction the PF is given! But perhaps that is something to mention regarding the Q's latest poll and topic that QVC Social Team started regarding the forums....

Hey Mary---
Regarding ITKWD---Bacon Boy did sell over 250,000 cookbooks and then their is the high priced kitchen stuff sold, but I would like to see the article---they mentioned a newspaper but nothing mentioned there except DV's popularity and his cookbooks and his foodie following....just curious on my part---I just wanted to see if there were other categories mentioned in that article too as perhaps an explanation as why the redundancy....
Well the Mockingbird happens to be the State Bird of Texas (bad choice JMHO)...supposedly the Mocker was chosen because of the fierce way they defend their territory---which some said was akin to the same attitude as Texans have to their State--A couple other states have it as their state bird too---I would have preferred that the legislatures would have chosen the beautiful Cardinal....
The Mockingbirds are known to be a rather mean bird, and very territorial and will attack or dive bomb cats or dogs even if they are not bothering the bird's nest ....and I heard they even attack other birds.....I remember as a kid, we had a neighbor who had a cat named Tom---and the mockingbird was always dive bombing poor Tom....and we would try to protect him from the mockingbirds....
As for cat "gifts".....some of the ferals would bring me dead field mice--...YUUCCK!!! But it could be worse, a friend's stepmother, lives down at the coast and her cats brings her moles and puts them in her bed!!!

Good Lord, between the bag and that top it was like a test pattern! The Marm is clearly trying to up the glam factor... I wish her luck with that...

As for that man, well, yes, stick... being the operative word and I guess with La Lisa being MIA until last night, they certainly scheduled him far more frequently that was to my liking... Actually scheduling him at all is too much... I'll never get how he's deemed one of their top hosts... Don't get it at all... Not at all... Not even a little bit...
