Its a SHOPPING CHANNEL FORUM and Q TALK was developed to leave feedback regarding the SHOPPING CHANNEL QVC....
Retailers spend a lot of money on surveys and other ways to gather feedback from customers on "how they are doing"....QVC has this Forum and they can use the info or chose not too.. Its better to let QVC know what you think and why you are leaving rather than walking away and just letting a retailer die...Some of us give suggestions and feedback in the hopes that some of our comments will be heard by Management so QVC can make changes to improve their company.......and with QVC's financial results from the last few quarters, QVC needs all the help they can get right now....

Maybe she thinks someone out there is keeping a list.
@rms1954 @SeaMaiden Perhaps she thought she was safe in voicing her frustration/disappointment with a favored shopping channel. I doubt she thinks anyone cares or is keeping a list.
It's interesting how it's o.k. for "some" to complain, others, not so much.
This is true. And those who complain about complainers are complaining!
The difference is that some of us want to express our opinions about QVC after all the subject is Q Talk and we discuss THE TOPIC....while others just complain about other POSTERS and leave snarky remarks....that's the DIFFERENCE!

@Spurt Exactly right Spurt!! I actually believe that they do observe the suggestions we make - maybe only to each other, but I think there have been some fine ones. And, some of us just like to feel that we have someone who will listen when we are disappointed in the Q.

@Spurt Again, I agree. Sometimes these threads remind me of giving a book report in grade school with the hecklers snickering in the corner. ![]()

The only time you'll ever see the word "snarky" used on the forums is by people who can't hold a conversation with or comprehend the point of view of someone who is clearly better equipped. It's like getting a gold star from teacher every time I see it written about me.

I didn't consider the post a complaint. I feel these posts are a waste of time and accomplish nothing. It's more of an announcement.

I'll admit I've had a similiar wonder to Alexa's. But, mine is more for those posters who, don't seem to have had a positive thing, to say about QVC, in years, but, they're still on the forums complaining, and getting testy about the QVC "cheerleaders"🤣We all have a right to our opinions,
but, why would you want to waste so much energy, on a company, you dislike?
And since these are QVC forums, doesn't it make sense,
that you're more likely to find customers, who are, at least,
generally satisfied?
Maybe I'm the odd one here, but, if I dislike a company, I'm goodbye, done!

@SuhseK ITA. And I am certainly not ashamed about being a QVC cheerleader. Not a single change QVC has made changed any aspect of how much or what I purchase.

She's just sharing her feelings about QVC, and about how much has changed. Lots of posters have expressed similar thoughts many times on these forums, with many other posters chiming in to agree.
I'm sure her intent wasn't to hurt anyone's feelings. She was expresing her own thoughts and her own opinion. These are QVC Forums, so it's certainly appropriate to express those things here. It's unkind to say, "I do not think most here care that you are not shopping the Q". She didn't deserve that.
