I haven't read all the posts on this thread, so if I am repeating anything that has been said, it is not my intention.  I just have to mention that I was surprised to find Josie Maran's items on Walmart's site.  I was really surprised to find some Valerie Parr Hill on the Amazon site.  I always thought VPH was exclusive to the Q.  So there are a lot of other options out there.  I guess it is just taking the time to look for them all.

QVC seems to be losing business because they are too stubborn to change. Where are the coupon or cash back deals ?  Prices even "on sale" are often higher than the competitors. Many of us now only keep the Q on as background noise and because we enjoy the hosts.  The days of QVC being a force are over.  The sad part is they allowed it to happen. They failed to adapt adequately.

One doesn't have to be a Q shopper here in order to participate in the Q forums. I basically stick to beauty, fashion, TV and Movies, and the Q talk forums. I used to be a QVC shopper until QVC decided not to ship to Canada in 2012. It wasn't intentional but it kind of worked out that way. I have relatives in the U.S. that I could have items shipped to but so far I haven't done so. I also remember once having my sister order a beauty item from HSN way back in the last decade. I still have the clear zippered cosmetic bag the items came in. It's a useful bag for travel.

I like the ladies here and enjoy chatting with them. I also have an interest in discussing shopping and retail so I like coming to these forums.

It's interesting to see how the way consumers shop has changed so much in the last decade and what consumers want and expect from a retailer. I think they are also much quicker to give feedback, especially when it's a bad customer experience.

I am disabled and have no vehicle so I do a lot of online shopping. I just start a bit early when there is something I see for that special person and i get it. sometimes easy pay is helpful. depends. I think a lot of older people use At Home Shopping networks for the same reason.

this is so true... if you know your QVC size like me, I am just comfortable with purchasing clothes on here. Sometimes its a miss.......like shoes are so unpredictable. but usually i get my sizing correct on clothes.
