I have been trying to call the Q's customer service for 3 days, I get a constant busy signal. I have it on speed dial, yesterday I tried for 6 hours. What kind of customer service is this? I even tried the order @ and that was busy also.
How can I talk to you about a problem if you do not have enough phone lines to talk to customers. I am so done with the Q. I have been waiting for a refund on a return for over one month.
UPDATE: I decided to use my cell phone instead of my home phone. Got thru right away, seems the Q blocked my home phone #. NIce going, how do we resolve a return money problem if we can't reach you? You have the item, and I found out the refund was send back to the Q because you did not put my apt. # on the envelope. Now I get to wait another week for this refund.
