I just wanted to say after a few more bizzare moves in the tracking....

 

I did receive my top today!

 

I gues it wanted to tour the US first...LOL

I bought a cake once that traveled to 7 different states but I got it! Crazy 

I usually track the packages to my city and then they go back out to a different city and then back again. I don't get it!
