I just made a purchase on HSN and was so happy to see prices that were so much better than QVC.  It was Benifit brow product that was on sale/great price, no shipping charge on a duo.  I bought two sets and then was able to use an advertised $15 coupon.  HSN was $26 per set and QVC was $41 plus shipping and no coupons.

Re: Better prices on HSN vs QVC

I always compare prices between the two. Tweak'd products, available on both channels, vary a lot, sometimes less expensive on HSN and sometimes vice versa.

You will find many times that HSN clearance and sale prices are way better than the Q.

They also have free shipping more often and they send you coupons at times.

Re: Better prices on HSN vs QVC

I just received an "anniversary" coupon from HSN for $10.00. They have so much free shipping, frequent coupons and a much better variety showing new items instead of clothing that I have seen and bought 10 years ago from the Q.  Nothing is stale on HSN.  Received the TSV from Iman last week and OMG is it gorgeous.  The quality, the fit, the price, excellent!

@Suneshine  There are brands I like that both QVC and HSN carry so I shop both. Although I hadn't been shopping HSN much at all with the exception of Marla Wynne which I no longer buy because it's too expensive and way too dressy. But I have discovered a couple of other brands I really like. I also like the HSN return process much better, it's so much easier and way more efficient. Don't understand why the Q doesn't adopt this since they are owned by the same company. I also received a coupon from HSN and notice they always seem to offer some kind of savings promo on their site most every day. Each has there plusses and minuses.

I like HSN for so many reasons. The shipping is fast, a lot free shipping, prices are better on items they both carry and two things that makes them stand out for me personally, if a price needs an adjustment they will do it immediately. They don't make you wait till it ships and if you need an exchange on something, they will send the exchange immediately and you don't risk the chance of it selling out.

I have bought a lot of Marla Wynne in the past and it's been a moment since I've purchased any of her clothing and I just picked up some things on clearance and when I opened the package, it reminded me why I like her clothing. the quality is just so good and the fit is perfect.

Re: Better prices on HSN vs QVC

I find that I buy much more on HSN than QVC.  MUCH better prices overall.  Marla Wynne is the most high-end, better quality than even Christian Syriano.  But her styles are for a specific body type (hers) and most just don't suit me.

Their sales are incomparable - I just purchased two very nice tops for $15 ea., FREE SHIPPING!

Quality on many things at HSN is inferior, especially clothing.  There's a reason prices may be lower.

@Kachina624 I don't buy clothing on HSN, but in all the other things I buy (Curtis Stone products, Beekman, Anna Griffin, etc.) prices for similar items on QVC don't compare with the prices on HSN.  And I've never had a quality issue,
