Been gone

Okay, so I haven't been watching QVC lately and in addition was away on vacation.  Just tuned in and Shawn Killinger is on, at least I think it's her.  It's her voice but it doesn't look exactly like her.  I notice her hair is different and her makeup looks a little different.  Am I hallucinating?
