Has anyone else had issues getting their cash back from QVC via befrugal?  For years I have used rakutten but noticed the befrugal had better cash back so I switched to befrugal.  When I go to purchase the rakutten icon comes up and I tell it to dismiss and I choose the befrugal icon.

I inquired with befrugal and one of the reasons listed for me not getting the cash back was if another cash back company is open in the browser.  This has never been an issue with any other retailer though.  I need to figure out how to make the rakutten icon go away.  I used my work email before I retired so am having trouble changing the settings, may have to reach out to them or buy from qvc from my other laptop.

I don't subscribe to Be frugal and I haven't had any problem getting my cb from QVC via Rakutan but I recently finally got my cb from Topcashback back from 2021. After back and forth email communication with Topcashback they released my $41.10 and deposited it into my bank acct

I really never paid much attention before but I made a few large purchases in January so I checked and nothing was recorded  for QVC.  I purchased the  same exact way with Macys and all those are accounted for.  It does add up its almost 100 dollars missing.  Makes me wonder if QVC finds excuses.

I never have problems with Befrugal. I close all my browser  and go from their site to the retailer. I learned a long time ago that if you have other browsers open, it will not record your purchase.

No, but I had the same problem with Mr.Rebates. They asked if I had other rebate sites open and if I had cookies blocked---No to both. They said it was on QVC's end that they didn't send my orders in.

I keep the 3 that I use open in my browser all the time and it's never caused a problem.  I don't use their automatic apps becuase I found they interfered with me logging into other sites.

I had a problem awhile back where things weren't going through and every time I bought something from either HSN or QVC, I would have to file something to get my money.  Turns out it was my ad blocker.  Once I changed my ad blocker extension to have it automatically disable for both the rebate sites and HSN & QVC, I never had a problem again.

Not sure whether I needed to do it in both places, but I didn't want to worry with trying it and having to file more forms.

I will check that thank you.

@spumoni99 When I first became aware of these "cashback" sites, I only ever signed up with Rakuten & Topcashback. I still have 1.67 in my Rakuten account, (they don't send a check until it's at least $3) because I soon just kept using Topcashback.

I've had a few glitches with Topcashback, and they take at least 60+ days for your money to come through (but that has more to do with the vendors themselves and how long they take.) But it either is glitchy or I've yet to really nail "how" you best use it...there's been a few times my "visit" didn't take with a particular purchase. One of them was within 30 minutes of an order that did take, both on QVC/Topcashback, was still on the same page, never left that Q page. One purchase took, one did not.

Then to chase down the purchase you have to fill out a form on TCB, and they only give you the option of following up on actual sales that took...so a missing one is hard to follow up on. You kind of have to email them at that point and recently for the $3 it would be, not sure I'll bother. It's happened a few times lately...one got righted already, a couple are "in review" at QVC.

But for the amounts of times I've used TCB, it's still been the easiest and I've gotten most cashbacks no problem. And Rakuten sends a check, whereas I can transfer funds direct to my account from TCB. (maybe that's changed with Rakuten now.)

I think I checked out BeFrugal once...not sure why I never wound up using it though. I tried to just keep to a few not to drive myself nuts trying to keep track from all sites if I was getting my money, etc.

I've only ever used Rakuten, I think I signed up for another but don't remember which one it was. I have trouble remembering to do it. Rakuten pops up and tells me or I would not do it with them either. BUT, for some reason my Adblock went crazy with it so I had to turn it off. Apparently they worked it out because things are working just fine now.
