@spumoni99 When I first became aware of these "cashback" sites, I only ever signed up with Rakuten & Topcashback. I still have 1.67 in my Rakuten account, (they don't send a check until it's at least $3) because I soon just kept using Topcashback.
I've had a few glitches with Topcashback, and they take at least 60+ days for your money to come through (but that has more to do with the vendors themselves and how long they take.) But it either is glitchy or I've yet to really nail "how" you best use it...there's been a few times my "visit" didn't take with a particular purchase. One of them was within 30 minutes of an order that did take, both on QVC/Topcashback, was still on the same page, never left that Q page. One purchase took, one did not.
Then to chase down the purchase you have to fill out a form on TCB, and they only give you the option of following up on actual sales that took...so a missing one is hard to follow up on. You kind of have to email them at that point and recently for the $3 it would be, not sure I'll bother. It's happened a few times lately...one got righted already, a couple are "in review" at QVC.
But for the amounts of times I've used TCB, it's still been the easiest and I've gotten most cashbacks no problem. And Rakuten sends a check, whereas I can transfer funds direct to my account from TCB. (maybe that's changed with Rakuten now.)
I think I checked out BeFrugal once...not sure why I never wound up using it though. I tried to just keep to a few not to drive myself nuts trying to keep track from all sites if I was getting my money, etc.
