I should say non existent.

I just received my second Joan Rivers, lace lightweight denim jacket in white and its 4" larger than the black on I have at home.

I am shopping less and less and stuff like this is going to make me stop shopping all together.

This is so annoying

Hi @I am still oxox,

I'm sorry to hear that happened. If you mark the product as defective on your packslip before returning it you should not be charged for the initial or return shipping & handling. However, if you'd like us to make sure you can e-mail us at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com. Then we can make a note on your account as well.

@Brittany-QVC:

I'm in the same boat 😳

I just received 2 tops ordered at the same time from the same designer in the same size just in different colors.

They are NOT the same size. Up next to each other, one is clearly smaller/shorter than the other. I need to check to see which one, if either, might actually match the size chart?

But...why should I have to since clearly one or both may be mis-sized and may not be what I ordered, when I did my due-diligence and checked the size charts online before ordering? I don't want to get "the letter" for returning items when I've done my part. But I have had 3 defects in the past 3 months alone.

The last 2 items I ordered with sizing problems went to the Goodwill, where they belong.  I learned my lesson, but unfortunately it took me much too long to accept that the sizing issues at the Q are here to stay, and I learned it at great cost.  I ain't got time for this!

@MacDuff ... You may be right. I think I'll just have to part ways with fashion and the Q. It's just too frustrating and expensive (when it comes to returns) to deal with the lack of quality control.

It's a shame since I do enjoy the convenience! But I know there are other retailers that will be happy to have my $$$.

I purchased about 6 pairs of Denim & Co peddle pushers in 2 different styles...Tried on one of each style and was happy with the fit, so put the rest aside.

Yesterday, I opened the last pair and they were obviously washed before...so disappointed...so I will just use them when I garden since it is past the 30 days and I don't have any of the paperwork anymore...

I will just inspect everything as soon as it arrives from now on....

Purchase a Joan Rivers jumpsuit which I really, really wanted. When it arrived, it was an amazing style and the fabric was nice. However, the armholes were huge! I'm talking down to my ribcage. What's with that? How can anyone in your QC pass a garment like that? It's on the way back - and I'm annoyed to have to pay to return it. Something like that should never have been shipped to a customer. Bad product!
