@PatriciaG I agree. I will add if you look at the TSV reviews for the Vionic slip on mule from last week, most of the reviews are from people requesting narrow sizes, saying they look ugly, and others waiting to receive their sneakers and other negative reviews from people that did not purchase the sneakers. I did post my review as I pre-ordered 2 pairs and did receive them and have worn them.

Everything and anything to do with a "review" on the QVC site is a joke.  Completely without credibility and amateurishly run.  They should be embarrassed.   Better off, in my opinion,  to do away with the reviews if they can't be managed professionally.

There is always someone who will make a snarky remark about doing the right thing when it comes to covid. Darwin would be proud.

@NickNack - actually that is not the same review and my mistake - its only a one star review.  The full review below:

@Kachina624   - does give you the option to report it but in order to do that I was asked to change my name.  So didn't report it.

@PatriciaG - I went online and reported it (after putting my "new/existing" nic in again, of course).  But I don't think it will do any good.

Whoever operates the review system doesn't care one way or the other what rubbish is posted.  I don't think I've ever seen them remove a blatantly non-review, even when others have said they reported it.

Been this way for as long as I can remember, so I don't see it changing.  It's unfair to the vendors, but clearly it doesn't bother the Q.

@Venezia -you're right. Very unfair to the vendors. And, i'm actually wearing a Tommy Copper mask right now. Have been working with the public all through this pandemic and they are the most comfortable fit.  Nose wire works great at keeping my reading glasses from fogging up too.

@PatriciaG   I just read the two star review.  Why is it not an honest review?  She said the nose wire is sticking through the mask.  I don't understand your comment.

@NickNack   I'm also confused by the OP's post. A review is not necessarily an honest one or even purchased by the person reviewing, but I don't understand the issue about taking it down.

Here's what was said "I can’t believe you are back to selling masks again."

A review is a description or evaluation of the performance and/or appearance of a product.  Does what the reviewer write meet that criteria?  Does it in any way help you decide if you want to buy the product or if it's a good product?

By the way, the" reviewer" may be eating her words as many places go back to mask mandates this week.

@Kachina624   It seems reviews are not read and taken down. This seems to be more of a political or personal statemnet about wearing masks and should not be allowed to be part of a review.

BTW, most of NC requires masks and I just purchased several boxes of disposable ones from Amazon. FYI, I heard w/ most kids having to wear masks w/ school beginning next week, there may be a mask shortage. Public places in NC require masks for adults, too.

All this has absolutely to do with reviewing a product.

@Shanus - I'm confused about what you are confused about... I wrote that the "review" was not an honest review.  It was a negative comment about QVC selling masks.  Not a review of the mask.
