Very small on my iPad too. If I want to read for a time here,I go to settings on my iPad, where I alreadybuse accessibility through larger font, and increase thebfont even more. Of course, I then must change back before going elsewhere on QVC.com or on another site.
I think IT people here get bored and start fiddling with settings. But nothing beats my bank. During the stay at home order, they changed the website-just for the checking accounts--three times. Just today there is a new layout, and access to several options has moved again. Less tech-savvy friends are going crazy, especially since until recently, getting help by phone required long times on hold.

I can change the size to my liking, what I don't like is the font style...NOT easy on the eyes...why did they mess with it!!!

@Mom2Dogs have you called customer service ? If enough of us complain they may revert back to the old format. I called yesterday and the representative did not know what I was referring to. But I clearly stated that many people in the forums are mad over the change.

I have always adjusted the size, when I'm typing a message, so, nothing different, for me there, and I don't understand what is hard to read, about the font!
It's not like it's in script, for instance, it's just a standard font.

So, who should QVC listen to, the folks that like it or don't?
I feel the same way....it really doesn't bother me at all.
What I dislike is when some posters don't believe in using paragraphs and breaking up large blocks of solid text. I find that incredibly difficult to read!

Everyone's eyes see differently. For myself, the font is very small and light in color. I automaticly enlarge my font when posting for respect of people who can't read the smaller print. I hope the issue gets resolved soon, SC

The font has changed on my iPad (not for the better), but it has remained the same on my iPhone. So it seems to only be affecting some operating systems.

Well, then goodbye...
It probably depends on which device or browser we view these forums. On my old laptop, it's not better and it's not worse - just different. Now, if posters would stop using colors to type their responses.... The blues, reds, violets, etc., are difficult for me to read so I skip over them. The new font doesn't bother me.
