Bad Blackberry App

I downloaded the Blackberry App several weeks ago and it worked fine. All of a sudden the homepage is blank when I bring it up. The only thing I can pull up is "new today". I have called about this Several times. Noone can figure it out. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how you fixed it - since QVC doesn't seem to know how. Not that big of a deal, it will just save me from spending more $. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
