Just my two coconut worth, but the oldest Baby Boomers are not turning 65, they are way past that milestone. Think you are using a Global Date. Those of us born in the USA in the mid of 1945 were called Baby Boomer’s, when were started school. Most in California went to new schools. And if we did not, it was double up time. 4 kindergarten classes to one first grade. I was in a new school in 4th grade. It had two 2 story buildings, one was not used. One 6th and 5th grade, three 4th grades four 3rd grades.
Go do your research, and read the Articles back in the 50’s in Life, Look, and Saturday Evening Post, to see they were writing about us then Baby Boomers. Now everyone wants to change history!
So if you do not want to call us Baby Boomers, than call us the Vanguards’, as those of us born in 1945 did it first!
