For this weekend review we are going back to the classics.......think back..... way back to English Lit class......Yes none other than William Shakespeare's Hamlet sums up QVC's lineup best...."TO SLEEP, PERCHANCE TO DREAM":......and talk about your slings and arrows of outrageous fortune......that is what QVC hopes anyway when they bring you hours and hours of SERTA!!!!!----of course you can "by opposing end them"....by changing your channel or turning off your TV and finding something else to do! See it did pay to stay awake for that class since you indeed learn a valuable lesson!

Also in the lineup is HairMax....QVC has featured this item on many many programs but apparently it must be not be selling well so they are giving the product a full hour in the hopes of clearing the warehouse stay tuned for ......HAIRMAX-the Science of Hair Growth...

Now folks you know how inventive the QVC programmer can be, and you know how BORING the QVC weekend lineup is.......so does QVC bring in unique and different products---I think regular readers of these posts can answer that----I can hear you shouting, HECK NO!, from your PC's and tablets....And right you are!!!! Nope---instead QVC in its infinite NON-wisdom comes up with A CLEVER SHOW TITLE......Yes it's YOUR HOME ENVIRONMENT---and what does this feature---why none other than air fresheners, humidifiers, air cleaners, air conditioners.....I'd like to meet the AIR HEAD that come up with this show---and oh yes VACUUMS (it just wouldn't be a weekend without a vacuum), plus fans, fountains(won't it be winter in the northeast--yep a fountain will be fun in the ice and snow),.....and yes none other than a returning "favorite" from last year, the Duraflame heater.....the promo reads, "breathe easier and more comfortably".....I say be happier and more comfortable by watching something else!

Watch a Hamlet soliloquy or other Shakespeare play in honor of two more Serta presentations.....contemplate SHEEP as you wait for this program to mercifully end!

Sandwiched in between the sleepfest is Bronzo Italia Jewelry---earlier this week QVC honored Creede, Colorado's Silver Strike by bringing in VicenzaStyle jewelry and now it's Bronzo Italia Jewelry---maybe in their weird quirky way QVC is kinda sorta honoring Christopher Columbus!!!!------the promo promises a fresh and sophisticated collection of bold statement pieces, dazzling, gemstones, and glamorous rings, necklaces, and bracelets....Queen Isabella of Spain who financed Chris's voyage would have asked Columbus to take this stuff back, if he brought her these jewelry offerings-dont get too excited because I see its nothing more than the SAME bronzo, bronzo, bronzo, and bronzo watches (the same ole rings and cuffs you've seen time and time again), then there's bronzo and leather, and bronzo and black onyx, crsytals, and glass...---turn out the lights and sparkle like a Christmas tree....is it any wonder following the jewelry show is yet another SERTA show because that Bronzo will certainly have you snoozing....

For those that don't like NFL football WOW does QVC have a SUNDAY lineup for you -----the gridiron pre-game is definitely not like this....

Now it sounds rather promising with DECK THE HALLS a merry variety of holiday accents and decor---in other words stuff they just cant get rid of.....watch the hosts urgently urge you to purchase these products now since Christmas is only 2 1/2 months away.....pick up stuff for that teacher, bus driver, soccer coach now....because "its the last order of the season"......

From there QVC pursues its own electronic heaven or personal HADES if your a viewer .......the show preview indicates that the show will feature such exciting and thrilling items such as PC Performance & Tune UP device, Halo charger, BL Window candles, and a Santa's Best Christmas tree (after all the showings haven't these sold out yet).....What a holly jolly show......

Of course, it just wouldn't be a Sunday on QVC with what else but a COMPUTER SHOP!!! If anyone is a regular viewer, call in and take the host or vendor step by step through the features of each system.....BLINDFOLDED.....Im sure they will be impressed!!!

Pardon the pun but sandwiched in of course its none other than IN THE KITCHEN WITH DAVID--October is Divine Swine Month.....did you know that bacon comes from the side, back, and belly of a pig---each area yields a difference bacon product--pancetta, Canadian bacon, and "regular" bacon......after that unappetizing tid bit from David, I think I will have that cranberry muffin for breakfast instead......Oh and foodies, dont miss the new FoodieChallenge---the challenge is What can you make with Pomegranate?....Now, now, throwing them at your TV in protest doesnt count---stay tuned for the usual---Vacuum sealing system, vitamix, Temptations, David's apron and mug (happy dance and yum yum face not included).....

And then its even more computers, computers, and more computers----

To round out the day ...... "fan favorite".....fresh from showing her recent TSV and she may have featured burned out velvet but I don't think that will burn her out....yes, its Our Lady Of Liquid Knit---with more of her polyester offerings......

WOW!!! What a weekend.....the NFL is looking mighty good, even though its a bye week for my team......
