When I called customer service after opening that mess, she didn't apologize or offer to exchange--just told me to send it back with the prepaid label on the packing slip. It's been a week, so I called to see if they processed the refund (I live about 100 miles from the return warehouse). They received the return shipment days ago, but they hadn't bothered to process a refund. She processed it while I was on the phone and told me it would take at least 10 days for the refund to appear on my credit card statement.
QVC should process refunds in a more timely manner, especially when the customer isn't at fault.
