We complain so much about customer service and shipping I thought I shoul give praise where it's due.

 

I needed a price adjustment for a recent purchase and went to live chat like I usually do, expecting a long wait. There was no one ahead of me in line and the whole transaction was completed in less than two minutes! Wow!.

It's always nice, when someone take the time to post a compliment for CS reps who, I'm sure, are doing their best under difficult circumstances.

 

And that goes for anyone who's kept working, especially during this past year and a half!

I usually rely on 'Live Chat' for quick resolutions on my orders, etc., it is taken care of promptly.
