Don't know which forum to post this under so I hope this one will be ok.  Maybe you already know this but wanted to share. I have an auto delivery on a few items and one of them was supposed to ship on Oct. 10th. On that day, I received an email saying that my auto delivery would be delayed and that they were working with the vendor to get supply. I decided to look for the item and it was available, same price, under a different number.  So, I placed an order and I have already received it. I decided to call CS and was told that there was no supply available for my item number, under the auto delivery, but they did have stock under a different number. I am basically on a wait list for my original order or I can cancel it.

I've seen the same thing in the past and it makes no sense at all, that they don't supply the A/D items first.  After being a customer for more than two decades now, I'm dismayed by the mess that the shipping department seems to be in.  Or maybe it's just QVC itself.

 

Right now I'm still waiting for two different orders placed on the 15th and 16th to even be shipped, even though 3 orders placed three days later have already shipped and should be here tomorrow.  I could re-order one of the items, but I'd have to pay more.  The other is sold out.
