Auto Delivery Question

If you see an Auto Delivery program and there are say, 4 deliveries. If you only want the 3rd piece, how do you get it? It seems that initially, you have to get the program started and then modify the program down the line, so you would have to accept the first three in order to get the one you really want, then cancel to avoid #4.

However, is there a way to get just the 3rd one? I am just wondering.
