Yes, as Shawn lowers her eyelids and talks about her brush, pardon the pun, with hair loss. It gets abit much, as if they are counselers. Yes, it would be difficult, I wish they would bring somebody on that is experiencing it and bring her back each time so we can all see this play out as promised.

Wonder if vendors like the hair growth one buy time, as in infomercial? It seems as if that's why they do such long presentations on Dyson, Philosophy, Dooney & Burke, etc. I realize all of QVC is a commercial, but these run 'way too long.
