I keep way more than I return, and I return anything that is not right to me. Until that turns upside down, the Q is happy. I've yet to hear of any business that does not operate in that manner.

I have returned several things over the years that were what I thought would be a "sure thing". You get a piece of jewelry home, and find that it snags on your clothes ..... or the top you purchased just isn't as flattering as the model with your body type had ..... or the thing comes broken or defective ..... or the fabric is itchy ..... the list goes on and on for the return reasons that couldn't be forseen! {#emotions_dlg.unsure}

If I took 6 garments into a B&M store and tried them on, there's not much chance I would purchase more than one or two ....... and I have the benefit of trying them on!

How anyone can make purchases from QVC and never return anything (as some on air callers have claimed) just boggles the mind! {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
