Yes, they just announced on air that the phones are down.  They said to order online or through the app for now.

Thanks.  I wasn't watching.  I was calling to speak with them about a damaged item I just received.    I want a new one sent out before it sells out.

Yes, they just mentioned a problem with the phones.  I've encountered several businesses across the country with phone problems this morning.  I'm assuming it's related to the same software problem the airlines have had.
