First I was going to post this in the fashion forum and then I thought maybe the kitchen one. But this seems to be the place to post this. As I reviewed my purchases, I started reading about the D & C " TSV So comfy" capris I had purchased and sent back with a poor rating. The fit and inconsistent sizing was the issue. There were many poor reviews with the same comments. Now weeks later, it seems almost all of the reviews are much better. The same pattern is obvious on a set of Cook's Essential Cookware marked down. I was lucky, I guess, as I got a good set. But many poster's complained of chipped finishes. Now, most of the reviews are good. Do they send out poor quality items in the beginning and then when the complaints come in, the problems are corrected? I am, most certainly, going to wait for reviews to come in from now on, even if it is a TSV and just pay more. This sending stuff back that is not as it should be is getting expensive.

I often ask myself, do I really want to pay $7 (or whatever the s/h is) to try it on? Then I usually just select "remove from cart".

If an item, like cookware, comes back quickly and is a better quality it is just luck of the draw or the customer's perception. It takes months and months for cookware to be restocked on QVC since they all come from China.
