When I try to watch live TV it takes away the arrow in the bottom right corner that allows you to enlarge the picture and replaces it with the icon that changes the volume...anyone else having a problem?

I TRIED TO EDIT THE POST, BUT IT WOULDN'T LET ME. JUST WHEN I WAS GETTING READY TO EMAIL QVC, IT FINALLY APPARENTLY FIXED ITSELF!

When I want to post, I have to check in and then it takes me back to another page. I have to start over, going to community and the proper forum, its a pain!

couldnt pay off an easy pay
although signed on when I tried to post it made me sign in again like emmiesmom, then I had to go back to the Forums to get to the post where I wanted to respond....
let's see---slow responses......disappearing text (always copy in case it does it again)....
Other than that this website is just "wonderful"......

Did you ever wonder whether if maybe as part of the deal that keeps them front and center all the time Dull, er, of course I mean Dell... engineers are running the OMQ's on-line operation?

yes I wonder if Mikee hired a few of his former co-workers to run the Q's IT when he came aboard.....

This really is a pain - instead of making things easier, why do they always have to make them more complicated? This doesn't only happen with QVC, it seems to be rampant everywhere - they try to make it better and wind up making it worse. I have two accounts with our cable company for service at two different addresses, all under my name. You should have seen what I had to go through in order to pay both accounts online! You'd think they didn't want to get paid! (And I'm still mad about how QVC RUINED the Denim & Co How Smooth jeans- they "made them better".)

yes my cable its the same thing ....cant combine accounts...one for wireless and other for other services....a real pain!!! And I love how it takes "forever" to sign on and a cute message appears, "WOW WE HAVE A LOT OF DATA TO RETRIEVE THIS MAY TAKE A FEW MOMENTS".....and they are supposed to be a "leader in the industry".......

well more like....."run" as the usual LACK of technical support and knowledge that Dell/Dull has come to be so "famous" for..........
