I just saw that when I checked the shiiping status on an order from HSN. It said the UPS truck had arrived late, therefore, there would be a delay

It is not a scam but a valid tracking response.

Yes. I just got it a couple days ago..  I've been waiting  2 weeks for pants.  It's crazy they can't get their shipping done properly.  It's constant.
