Moderator Beth just posted in another thread on this topic that the IT team is working on some system configurations that are affecting notifications; she isn't even getting any. Hopefully they'll be finished soon!

I didn't have problems with notifications last week when others were, but this morning all my previous notifications have been wiped out. Empty page. So the problem continues on 3/16.
