Same here! I can't count on QVC for anything. I have received 2 items that were not mine, they messed up my 90 day extended return exchanges, one package was lost & I can no longer trust their size charts for the specfic garment. You have to watch out when I have paid up front to ship items back I had to call to get my $6.95 back. Just too many issues. I used to really like QVC but over the past 3 to 4 years it has changed & not for the better.

Hi @embgm what does that mean, what the post office is telling you about Air Innovations? Why are they saying it's at the Post Office if it isn't? Did you get some clarification on what that exactly means about the location of your package? Thanks!!

This happened to me; tracking said accepted at my post office.  When i called my post office they said they never got it and tracking was wrong.  I never got that package.  Called customer service and they credited my account.  Package is still missing!

My item is now also in Bridgeport, NJ and it says something about UPS Surepost.  It's just a small package. Does that mean that UPS will deliver it to me?

I've had the same issue with some orders. I have an item now that's been sitting at the post office since July 3rd. Another item I ordered sat at my post office for what seemed like forever before I finally received it.

I have had this happen three times and all three were QVC packages. Some have been delivered a week after they were "accepted" by our post office.  I order from Amazon almost daily and those packages have never had a problem.

• 7/10   Package departed UPS Mail Innovations facility enroute to USPS for induction
  
• 7/16   Apparently it's somewhere between Bridgeport NJ and NY, NY.

I understand the time between 6/22 and 7/6 - July 4th weekend.  Always a delay on holidays.

I'm not in any rush.

I ordered some shirts for Fall from Old Pueblo Traders on this past Sunday.  Package arrived today.  Same UPS / USPS Surepost.

          Hi!  It means the packages are dropped off at a central post office and pick up center. They sit there for days until there are enough packages to be shipped. I have seen in one of our small PO packages piled up waiting to be picked up. So they are marked as accepted by our home PO but they are not there yet. That is why online it says accepted by PO. The PO explained this to me after I had them track my package.So to us it looks as if our orders have been sitting at our local post office for weeks. She said they will get huge shipments in with many many orders in it. She also said they are short handed. Em
