Poor lady.  Probably most of us have had the nasty experience of getting "The Stomach Crud" at work.  Hope it was only the one day stuff, and she feels better today.

To me having sudden tummy trouble would be the worst part of live TV. I often wondered how these hosts could last their 4-hour shifts under healthy circumstances, let alone not feeling well. That used to be the standard for them when I first started watching. Yikes!

I'm thinking they always have to have to have an extra host nearby when emergencies like that happen. A few years ago, I think Jill was having an asthma attack on air and then Albany filled in for her. So having another host on hand is probably a must.
