I rarely have complaints and things don't usually bother me but I just can't understand not having a picture before posting an item. They surely cannot be selling something that nobody at QVC has ever seen! You'd think there would at least be a sample somewhere for them to post a picture of!!

It's hard enough to buy something you can't try on, touch, taste or smell (depending on the product)...but not being able to SEE it first? That's a deal breaker for me!
There is just NO excuse for not having a photo! If you can't post a picture, don't put it up for sale.

I find it especially frustrating when it is a “One Day Only” and there is no picture posted.

I totally missed a One Day Only sale because of this.
And last night I was looking thru the new items on the QVC app, and saw they have a picture of a product there, but when you go to that item it's still "Image Coming Soon".
I need the close-ups of a still photo.

Yes, I've noticed this happening more and more lately. It's annoying for us and nutty on their part! This problem, along with the shipping issues QVC has, makes you wonder if they laid off a bunch of folks and now they're paying the price with understaffing...not enough people to get the jobs done in a timely fashion. I am NOT saying that is the case, but it does make you wonder??

It's not just failing to provide an image of the item. I've also had to go to a manufacturer's website to look up cosmetic ingredients on a few new things in the last six months.
I'm not concerned with their employment issues. That's something for another thread.
Speaking as a customer using their retail website, I think it's reasonable to expect photos of what they're selling, and complete descriptions.

In my opinion QVC is A HOT MESS. Their shipping, retturns/refunds and exchanges are pathetic. I have still not gotten a refund for an item that was delivered to their agent on 4/23/19. I had to email them today asking where the heck is my refund. It is taking way over a month. I bought some shoes at Nordstrom. They were delivered in 4 days. They didn't fit. I returned them. I had a refund within 3 days. I ordered another size and received them in two days. QVC needs to up their game and stop hawking that darned Q card and yesterday reminding us every 5 minutws that the time to get 5 easy pays was running out.
