@bad4257 you DO have to be a bit resonable and comply with QVCs policies and conditions to get your refund......

Yes the OP went a bit overboard expressing her feelings regarding her QVC purchase and her demands ARE unreasonable ....But this is a Shopping Channel Forum and if people spend their hard earned money on merchandiser they expect a product to have a reasonable life expectancy and if its nothing but a piece of junk then they have the right to give their review and opinion no problem with the OP doing that......

I spent a fortune n various size lanterns for outside (all in red)- NONE of them work after less than a year! It's infuriating.

I'm sure we are all aware where we are and what this is.  Personally I'm not looking for anything.  Thanks for the cutesy cartoon but unnecessary.

I feel your pain and I too am another QVC drop out!  Tired of losing money and you can find the same products locally without having to pay S/H or return and you can actually hold it in your hand.  Also, you can physically take it back and get a refund without return fees!   Bye, bye QVC!

Re: Another "Junk Item" Received

I have that set of 2 lanterns plus the large one and so far, so good.  All are working fine,  It is disappointing to get items that do not  work.    (I'm on a "no buy" right now for items with shipping costs.  Costs too much if you have to return.   Sure been ordering a lot from Amazon.  Love getting items within 2 days.  Free returns in most cases too.)

Re: Another "Junk Item" Received

I have lost paperwork before & you can print out you order & return shipping label. Since you must have bought it before Christmas it can still be returned & if you mark it defective they should give you a full refund. I know it's a pain but I would do it & let them know why you're returning it.  Customer Service willmakea note of your order.
