I realize this is not an earth shaking complaint but I need to vent.

I ordered an item and paid for UPS Extra with delivery 10/28. Not only do I not have it, it has not even shipped yet! {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

I have watched it 'in process' for 2 days. To be fair, QVC refunded the additional postage I paid. And it was an item I can wait till Monday or later for (but I wanted it TODAY) but that's not the point. Why offer faster shipping when you don't follow through? Poor business practice, if you ask me.
