Just plain unprepared, which has been a pattern. TC hosted the Mackenzie Child's pumpkins as the Big Deal and introduced the Rep as Mackenzie Child's herself! A bit of pre show prep would reveal that that company is a Husband & Wife team, not a single woman. And calling the Royal Check, " Navy Check".....? Then inferring that the pumpkins were not part of a huge collection that IS Mackenzie Childs, she seemed to have no idea that other items even existed. The Rep never corrected her, maybe out of courtesy, maybe she was embarrassed. TC always seems to do zero prep work and relies on her card or the Vendor to know the colors. I believe QVC can do better than this.

Terri Conn is a fabulous host, thoroughly professional and a joy to watch.
She has grown and developed immensely during her tenure at QVC.
Great job Terri! May you have many more years at QVC!

I have to agree with @THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes — Terri is one of the best hosts at QVC and is always prepared for her shows. If she made a mistake this time, guess what? We all do that once in awhile. The video for the Big Deal is still the presentation with Alberti from yesterday, so I can't see what the OP is complaining about, but I would still rather watch Terri than 75% of the other hosts.

Albert is hosting a MacKenzie Childs show today at 1:00, maybe you'll enjoy that @Hopein24.

Hope can "hope" all that he/she likes, but I think that Terri is very well respected and firmly in place at QVC.

Watching the 1pm show right now. The rep is insane. She is interrupting, and speed talking. She needs to take it down a notch or two.

I too saw the Big Deal presentation from the beginning, and agree totally with Hopein24. Teri was totally unprepared for this show. . .as if she had never even heard of this brand
nor did she know background, etc. Kept calling MacKenzie Childs "she" and started to introduce Ms. Childs to us! The representative could not have been
nicer, obviously embarassed for the brand that she represented but was gracious to her. I kept waiting for Teri to "get a grip" on the situation, it was obvious
that she had no idea what she was about to present. . .she just kept talking and fumbling through the whole thing. Time for a refresher course on how to prepare for a show.
