Nothing went over @manny's head as it was a ridiculous argument posting if Leah bragged about being larger than a smaller host/model. I explained this in a previous post. There's always been lots of pressure on women--particularly when you're on TV--to be thin and while I wouldn't necessarily say AS "brags" about being XXS, she does emphasize it a LOT and IMO it's important to her we all know it. And it's not just clothing. I chuckled as awhile back she had on a bracelet to be shown later, and she was quick to point out that what she was wearing was the wrong size (I think it was S) and that she should be wearing the bracelet in XXS. The bracelet she had on looked fine to me and no shame in wearing a size S  IMO.

Her constantly changing in and out of the clothes is ridiculous, that is the job of the models. Her fawning over Lori (LOGO) and Maria (Calista) is a channel changer for me.

Shawn changes and so did Lisa Robertson.  In fact Lisa mostly wore jeans and always changed her tops that were on air.  Does not bother me.  I just don't like the talk about their families and doings....

Love Amy, she's one of the few I can actually sit and watch. Love her cute hairstyles and she clearly enjoys fashion. We are about the same size so I personally find it helpful when she tries things on.

Amy never said it was shameful to wear a size small bracelet. She said she wears a size extra small. That is her preference. Why she is getting grief for her preferences is beyond me? If Amy was in anyway a body shamer we would all know about it long before now. I wouldn't defend if she was .I find her a kind person. Now we don't agree on pop culture, she gushes about entertainment that I find cringe but that's another topic for another day.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

You nailed it @KKJ  nothing went over my head. It makes no sense.

As for the word “brag” you never said that. You said “tacky.” I used the word "brag" when I posted in error to your inital post.  I went back and corrected  that. That is what everyone jumped on. Two very different meanings.

Now everyone can rest easy you did not say she "bragged."

so many posters stating they are the same size as this host.

that is convenient when seeing her try on an item of interest.

I didn't like Amy with Valerie Parr Hill. All she did talk over Valerie.

Like her or not (which I don't) she's come a long way.  I remember when she was just Lisa Robinson's sidekick in the background on the computer.

Amy is one of the hosts I can watch for an extended period.  She is real and honest while doing her job.  I don't feel like she is "acting" while selling.

I like Amy ,  she is upbeat,   Obviously loves clothes and looks good in everything .   I love her hair style ,  mine is pretty much the same cut ,  modified bob.    my base color is a lighter shade and I do have the highlights also.

I do wonder though why Amy doesn't do something about her speech issue.    Says sod instead of sold , god instead of Gold for instance .   I wonder if she ever worked with a speech therapist.   I have a sister that did  years ago when she was young because she had trouble with L's as well .
