How petty can one get?

I will say though tonight during the wig show she was in rare form going on and on at how she felt she looked just like Susan Lucia in a particular wig she had on and kept looking at herself . She said who do I look just like in this wig? ...SL!!! It was very strange , not that she didn't look wonderful in the wig she did.
I found that whole thing about looking like Susan Lucci actually very funny. I think I was laughing out loud a few times. She obviously did think she looked like Susan Lucci in the wig, but as soon as it popped out, she realized it would sound like she was flattering herself, so she thought better of it, and tried to cover it up....she actually said that, that the person she thought she looked like was prettier than she was. It was awkward, but funny too. The vendor said a few funny things then too.
I just felt it reminded me of when I would be having fun with my girlfriends and we would say silly things.
Amy actually did look like Susan Lucci, I thought. There was one shorter wig that Amy wore prior to the longer one that looked so adorable on her. It is amazing how different a hair style can make a person look.

@Kachina624 In other words, you're telling @biftu she's old-fashioned and out of date.
Not very polite comment. It is, in fact, a shopping channel, not a store.

@shanghaiedsherry, I thought that store closed about 5+ years ago?

I've heard the expression climb into clothes long before I met Amy Stran.
Also, it's perfectly acceptable to refer to QVC and the rival they acquired, HSN, as "stores". A store is a retail establishment selling goods to the public.
The means of such sale doesn't have to be physical, hence the term "brick and mortar" to differentiate the physical store from the on-line store.

QVC is a store -- a retail establishment (a place of business) selling items to the public. Store does not have to be brick & mortar, that's why "brick & mortar" are so often stated when someone intentionally is only referring to that. People also say "online store," but the boundaries for retail are gone now. Store can be a building, store can be e-commerce, store can be on on-air TV -- they are all correct.

I kinda liked the mid length touseled wig in Light Brown.
I have straight slightly long-ish bob style, and often wish I had the touseled look all around the back.
Too lazy to get up and get the item number (upstairs), lol. I'll post later.

p.s. Thanks to everyone who explained the carat/karat information!

I saw the SL part and thought it was awkward a bit but funny too and IMHO she did look like SL.... But everyone keeps saying all you have to do is finger comb the mess and viola... hairstyle, BUT I thought the wigs looked incredbly messy except for Amy's, which looked like someone ran a brush through it and t looked marvelous!

I think Amy is cute. She looks good in anything. She is a bit hyped up sometimes, at least she is not boring. And, she does not act full of herself either.
She does get ahead of herself sometimes with her talking, but don’t we all sometimes?
She is definitely perky!!!
