I enjoy Ali hosting and don't find her annoying at all. I know for a fact they are told to engage the customer and make a connection with some personal talk. Her jam is running and so good for her and bringing up her children is not overdone.

@12andcounting YES, Ali does beat the drum constantly about being a runner, however Jane still has her beat with her "marathon"

@Bhvbum the worst voice fry on shopping TV is Guy from HSN, which is a shame because he was always one of my faves. Its perfect timing that HSN is going under and he won't be making the move to PA. I bet he has some polyps on his vocal cord the poor guy (NO, pun intended)

The QUEEN of the whispering or low toned voice to then shouting is Sandra Bennett. She is a black belt in that dept, LOL!!

She's a hefty little gal, and I don't think she's going to be bragging about size..

I don't feel she's hefty , She's short and has short legs , longer torso , plus they are muscular so she appears hefty when she really isn't . Maybe different fashion choices would be better. We have to work with the body shape we have .

I must have been mistaken. She's the opposite of hefty: slight, gaunt and light.

has anyone noticed and maybe it is just me but she drives me crazy she wont look straight when talking to the screen she will look to the side (not turning her face) while talking to the public. .... could be just me ....
