(Insomnia has plaqued me my whole adult life--supposively it can be from a lack of calcium):

I take 1 mg. Melatonin 20 min. prior to bed time....works every time.  Also take it with a calcium pill if possible.  Do not take the time-released type Melatonin--my brand is Natrol.  (Avoid choc. or any caffeine after 3pm). @luvsuki  @BalletBabe

My situation is not liike most people.  I and my whole family has suffered with insomnia our whole lives. We have had all the tests and tried everything from no caffeine, to no TV or internet.  That actually made me worse.  I have been on sleep meds for the past 16 years.  Most nights I do sleep ok, but if I am stressed even the medication don't work.  I also take 3 mg of melatonin with it.  I tried the time release, but that didn't seem to do as well as the one 3 mg.   It also upsets my stomach.  I am a mess!   LOL  I work hard and I am not sitting around during the day, so that isn't the problem.

Alberti and Elise were two of my favorites.  Do they not appear on the main QVC channe anymore?

I've never taken any meds for it, @BalletBabe, until recently my doctor actually pushed it for me, saying it was not addictive and wouldn't hurt me. She prescribed Quetiapine Fumarate. Wow - out like a light with them, but a wicked next day. I save them when I must sleep for something important the next day.

Now, I seem to be sleeping four hours and then, wide awake. Not good.

I have never heard of that network. Who owns it? Is it one brand of products?

Don't think we get that channel. I wouldn't watch it anyways. I have wasted so much money in the past with very poor results. Drug store brands work just as well for me.

@culebra

They are on Beauty IQ five nights a week, so I doubt that they are appearing on the regular QVC channel anymore.

I will say this. They are hysterical. I crack up watching them all of the time. It's a good pairing.

Beauty IQ is a QVC owned channel. I only watch online just like I only watch QVC or QVC Plus online. Beauty IQ.

Online you can find Beauty IQ under the Shop QVC TV drop down menu...click on Watch QVC TV and that page will have 3 tabs, QVC Live, QVC Plus, and Beauty IQ. Beauty IQ also has a facebook page too where you can watch the show when it's live.

QVC needs to do a better job pointing out to their customers how to find the channel whether it's on air or online.

Beauty IQ is on Cox cable sporadically throughout the day. It just came on this weekI think.

They do show the same products on all three channels. Beauty IQ is more "social", but they show taped repeats just like Q Plus.
