I really enjoy watching her with Heather.  She is presenting Sorrento italian silver.  They are really funny, you can tell they are friends.

What happened to Albany's accent?  When at the Q, she had a very distinctive southern accent.  I was just listening to her and she has zero hint of a southern accent.

I haven't seen or heard her since she left the Q but I also remember her distinct southern accent!

@hooked on books   I never watch this channel but I had to go look.   Very strange.  I know people can lose an accent after awhile but this is just tooooooo fast.

She did say she is from Texas, maybe she had to loose the accent?  I do know people that their accent will come out sometimes.  She spends a lot of time in Italy.  She represents 5 different jewelry companies.  I know Toscana Italiana has good quality jewelry.  I have a Turquoise and gold necklace.  the gold over bronze is beautiful a nd it looks brand new.  I have had it for over 4 years.  I also have another necklace same thing still looks beautiful.

I remember her accent also, and actually liked it. It's possible that she has been working with a dialect coach. I've noticed a few brand ambassadors lately, that appear to have possibly worked with one as well.

I don't recollect her having an accent as much as I recollect her voice being high pitched and verging on screechy to the point of needing to mute her sometimes. I did always however think she was absolutely beautiful and still is. Maybe for me the screechiness over rode hearing the accent.

I'll also never forget the time she was with a vendor and have no recollection of what they were demonstrating but the vendor was pulling on one end and Albany on the other end (to show it's strength I guess) and Albany lost her grip and down she went disappearing out of camera range. She popped right back up and laughed about it and went on with the show.

Everything about Albany is toned down and more refined and very pleasant now.  She really is a great presenter now, I try to catch her jewerly shows.

If she was like this on QVC I would have watched more of her shows.  As it was, I couldn't stand that ridiculous overly flirtatious, southern firecracker act she played up so much.  Crying in a bucket and My stars & garters should have just played across the screen during every one of her old shows.

She had a southern accent for sure.  I remember that “crying in a bucket” as she used that phrase all the time.
