@ san antonio gal @by the way you were correct about the post that got tossed a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't the original post but the follow-ups that got it booted. No regrets it was well worth it getting him exposed

Wow! That is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for a refund. No excuse for it. Yet another reason why QVC sales are down no doubt. Poor CS. Poor return/refund policy.
