Advice please on cleaning Slatkin glass vessels

Want to keep the beautiful heavy glass containers after HS candles are burned; what is best way to remove the remaining wax in bottom of the vessel please?

I put them in the freezer and the wax cracks when they are frozen.  Have kept many and use for candy pieces, but you can put in what you want.  After i get rid of wax,I wash in soap and water.
