People are so naive about how big corporations function. I know a lot of people never worked for one but, good grief, pay attention to the last 6 years in this country. Anyone with a semi-decent intelligence should know that 1/3-1/2 vote for politicians who put big business over people.

Fyi, Q is in an at-will state, something one side of the aisle pushes and legislates to reduce worker's rights.

Wow, I feel sad.  Fewer reasons to watch and buy. First high prices, terrible shipping and now this.  It feels like they want to run me off.

I watched Denim & Co. for the great relationship between Carolyn and Gary. It worked. QVC should have let Jane go instead. She's hard to watch as she is self involved and unprofessional. I miss Carolyn.

Unbelievable that those 2 are fired.  They were 2 of your best.  So many of the new hires are awful...boring personalities or annoying voices.  I truly can take only so much before turning the channel.  Carolyn will be a huge loss to her faithful followers.

What an unbelievable corporate decision.  Carolyn Gracie was one of a dwindling group of competent, likeable hosts on QVC.  She and Gary made a team that understood how to describe the clothing, sizing, and fabrics so that all viewers would feel comfortable and confident in placing an order.  I never saw Carolyn cut a cohost off in midsentence like Shawn did with Gary in the March 17th Friday night show. It was obviously an embarrassing moment for him as he was simply describing an experience on the Eye in London.  It takes natural asides like that during a show for hosts to be likeable and believable.  I will miss all of Carolyn's colloquial phrases like  "okey- dokey" but I sincerely wish her well in her next endeavor.

Qvc insane to let her go. there is a host with initials SB that's so obnoxious and sure she has not managed the sales that Carolyn has. QVC and Hsn with their new owners so badly run I now watch more ShopHQ and other places.

Let's hope they r not hiring new people. That would seem like they got rid of longest employees....they need to get rid of the extra QVC channels

It is truly a travesty the way the Corporate office handled this.  Many are enraged that Dan and Carolyn were let go and some have actively stated they are boycotting QVC. 400 other employees were also shown the door.  Barry Diller needs to come back and run QVC. The current CEO is hell bent on destroying the QVC we loved for so many years.
